The initiative of EkalVidyalaya got wings when ShriShyamJi Gupta became the Master Architect of EkalVidyalaya Model. With his tremendous organisational capacity and unparalleled commitment and conviction for the cause, he translated an informal model of education into a magnanimous global movement which presently known as EkalAbhiyan. Since then ShriShyamJi Gupta has been the constant source of inspiration and guidance for the entire Ekal Movement. He is working as a KendriyaSangthanPrabhari as well. He is serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.

He is a leading Industrialist and Founder of Ram Ratna Group of companies. Prominent companies under the group namely RR Kabel Ltd., Ram Ratna Wires Ltd., RR Electricals Ltd., Ram Ratna International (Export Division), Ram Ratna Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. With deeply installed virtues of Nationalism and commitment towards Education & Society, he has been associated actively with RashtriyaSwayamsevakSangha, All India MaheshwariSamaj, KeshavSrishti. He is associated with FTS since 1996. He has served as a President of FTS for six years and currently associated as a Patron.This year he received Padma Shri award. He is serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samity

He is the Managing Director of Skipper group of companies. He is associated with FTS since 1990 and was Treasurer and General Secretary prior to becoming the President. He is serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.

Director, SaraogiUdyog Private Limited and other companies, he is associated with FTS since inception and was General Secretary for six years. Currently, he is serving as a Working President. He is also serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.

He is the Chairman of Leadstone Energy Limited. He is associated with FTS for last more than eleven years. He was Joint General Secretary for two years and currently serving as a General Secretary.He is also serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.

Mr.Bajranglalji Bagra served as Director of Finance at National Aluminium Co Ltd (NALCO) from 2007 to 2013. Mr.Bagra served as the Chairman and Managing Director of NALCO from 2011 to 2012. He served as Managing Director of Bharat Gold Mines Ltd. from 2008 to 2012. He served as Director of Finance at RITES from 2000 to 2007. He has been Additional Director at Plastiblends India Limited. He has been an Independent Director of KabraExtrusiontechnik Ltd. since November 7, 2014. Mr.Bagra is a Commerce graduate and is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Currently he is the Member of Central Executive Committee (CEC) of EkalVidyalayaAbhiyan. He is also serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.

Influenced by the lessons of Swami Vivekananda she has dedicated her life for the education and upliftment of tribal children and community. She won a gold medal in psychology. Her life is dominated by moral values of life. She was the founder member of FTS. Currently, she is the Member of Central Executive Committee (CEC) of EkalVidyalayaAbhiyan. At the same time serving as RashtriyaPrabhariMahilaVibhag. She is also serving as one of the members of the Advisory Committee of Rashtriya Mahila Samiti.
